摘要
本文根据Beeler-Reuter方程,对Ca2+通道电流结合膜片钳实验数据进行计算机重建,并研究了中药白花前胡有效成份Pd-IaCa2+通道的作用模式,为研究Ca2+通道电流及开关因子的动态过程提供了一个新方法。
Abstract: According to Beeler-Reuter equation,we reconstruct action potental ionic currents and I-V curve combing with the experimental data of Ca^2+ whole cell clamp.we also study the P.Praerubtorum Dunn on Ca^2+ Channel.The results indicate that: 1.Pd-Ia as a Ca antagonists can shortenAPD,ERP,APD 20 and APD 50 absolutely but they can longen ERP relatively. 2.Pd-Ia as a Ca antagonists,subordinate to the similar law of effection and concentration:IC2+a(drug)/IC2+a=1ex-xhshere x=log C.when x=xh,IC2+a(drug)/IC2+a=0.5
