光子氧透射液体疗法治疗胃排空延迟的非溃疡性消化不良

ULTRAVIOLET LIQUID IRRADIATION AND OXYGENATION TREATEDPATIENTS WITH NON ULCER DYSPEPSIA OF DELAYED GASTRIC EMPTYING

目的：为探讨光子氧透射液体疗法（简称液疗）治疗胃排空延迟的非溃疡性消化不良（ＮＵＤ）的临床价值。方法：用光子氧透射液体疗法治疗３０例非溃疡性消化不良，并与多潘利酮服药组的近期疗效进行对比观察，同时检测液疗前后和服药后的超声胃动力学指标。结果：ＮＵＤ经液疗治疗后临床症状明显改善，疗效优于服药组，液疗后ＮＵＤ异常超声胃动力学指标得到纠正。结论。

Objective:To determine the clinical Value of ultraviolet liquid irradiation and oxygenation (ULIO) in treatment of non ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) of delayed gastric emptying.Method:We treated 30 cases of patients with NUD of delayed gastric emptying and compared their effect with one of the group of administration of domperidone Realtime ultrasonograph on gastric motility was performed before and after ULIO,and after administration of drug.Result:clinical symptoms of patient With NUD were improved obviously,The effect of patients with NUD in treatment was much better than one of administration of domperidone.The abnormal gastric motility indexes in patients with NUD were corrected after ULIO.conclusion:the effect of treatment of ULIO is satifactory.
