补骨合剂治疗老年性骨质疏松的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Osteoporosis of Old People with Bu Gu Capsule

目的：在于观察补骨合剂治疗老年性骨质疏松的疗效和安全性。方法：老年性骨质疏松６０例，其中补骨合剂组３０例，活性钙冲剂组３０例，对比分析两组治疗前后在尺桡骨矿物含量及临床症状和体征的改善情况。结果：临床症状和体征改善，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异显著；尺、桡骨矿物含量，治疗组疗后含量增加，与治疗前比较差异非常显著。治疗过程中未见明显副作用。说明补骨合剂是治疗骨质疏松症可靠。

Objectives:Observing the effect and safety of Bu Gu Capsule (BGC) treating osteoporosis of old people.Methods:Electing sixty patients of osteoporosis,30 cases with BGC and 30 cases with Activated Calcium Soluble Medicine (ACSM).We observed and analyzed the changes of the bone mineral in radius and ulna,clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusions:The results showed that the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs was more in BGC group than in ACSM group.The degree of improvement was significant.The bone mineral content in radius and ulna was increased after treating in BGC group.No side effect was found in clinie.So BGC was a reliable and effective medicine for treating osteoporosis.
