谈农村居民的国债购买难问题

On Rural Residents Purchasing Government Bond

凭证式国债以其手续简便、安全性高、收益稳定、变现灵活等特点,备受投资者青睐。但是近年来,国债发行对象大多局限于城市居民,县以下城镇和农村居民购买国债难问题比较突出,这与日益繁荣的农村经济及农村居民强烈的投资愿望极不相符。应在分析其中存在的制约因素后,提出相应的解决策略。

Certificate T-bond is very popular among investors with the chararcteristics of simple formality, high safety, stable revenue and cash exchenge flexibility. However, the major portion of government bond aims to cater to the urban residents recently and it is difficult for rural residents to purchase, which is not in harmony with the prosperous rural economy and rural residents＇s strong desire to invest. This article analyzes the restraining factors and proposes some possible suggestions in view of current situation.
