开展非公有制企业党建工作是巩固党的执政地位的现实需要,而中国特色社会主义事业又是改革创新的事业,所以我们必须以改革创新精神加快推进非公企业的党建水平。非公企业个体差异大,党建工作开展难度大,问题多。本文试图在揭示和分析这些困难和挑战的基础上,以宁波市海曙区望春街道为例,同时广泛汲取各地成功的非公党建经验,探讨发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用的诸种形式以及具体的对策建议。

Party Construction in private enterprises is a realistic requirement for the strengthening governance of CPC. The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the construction of reform and innovation. So we must put forward party construction level in private enterprises with the spirit of reform and innovation. As for the huge difference among the individual private enterprises, the implementation of party construction is difficult and remains many problems. This paper, based on the reveal and analysis of difiqculties and challenges, adopted successful experience in different places, discusses various forms and gives concrete measures to illustrate pioneering effects for party organizations through the ease of Wangchun Sub-district Haishu District Ningbo .
