摘要
利用传输理论研究了光在一维吸收型光子晶体中的传输特性,掺杂层是饱和吸收的非线性介质。基于非线性介质透过率的感应变化,研究了光子晶体的光学双稳态特性,给出了输入-输出光强之间满足的解析方程。研究表明系统中要出现双稳态现象,饱和吸收系数必须超过一定的数值,并由此研究了产生双稳态的入射光阈值强度的变化规律。
The optical transfer matrix theory is used to research the transmission characteristics of an one-dimensional photonic crystal.If the defect layer is nonlinear medium which is saturatedly absorbed,the optical bistable properties are studied based on the sensitivity change of incident light transmittivity of nonlinear medium.And the analytical formula related to the input-output of the light intensity is deduced.When the saturated absorption is above a certain value,the optical bistablity will appear in the system.Finally the change law of the incident light threshold value of the optical bistablity is studied.
