摘要
重石脑油作为芳烃重整装置的原料,要求油品中水分含量低于20μg/g,以保证脱硫剂的使用寿命,进一步避免装置催化剂铂的中毒。建立了年处理量为8 000 kg的渗透汽化装置对重石脑油的深度脱水进行研究,通过考察操作温度θ、进料质量分数ρw、操作流量qv和透过侧压力p来确定合适的工艺条件。实验表明80℃、500 L/h、1.5 kPa下采用恒温加热的方式,达到了渗透通量Jw=0.34 g/(m2.h)的最好分离效果。通过数据拟合确定了Jw和ρw、θ、p关系的经验公式,并且推出了Jw计算的总公式,实验结果为106kg级渗透汽化重石脑油脱水的中试设计提供了基础数据。
Heavy naphtha is the raw material of the aromatic gydrocarbon Refining Device,while the water content in heavy naphtha required to be less than 20μg/g,in order to guarantee the life span of desulfurization agent,to avoid further poisoning the platinum catalyst.Pervaporation separation of heavy naphtha in the removal of micro water was conducted by the establishment of the 8-ton small pilot plant.The effects of operation temperature(θ),water consistence(ρw),feed flow rate(qv),and pressure(p) on the dehydration properties were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the membrane had Jw of 0.34g/(m2/h),at 80℃,500L/h of flow rate,1.5kPa pressure of downstream and the constant temperature of the heating mode for dehydration of heavy naphtha system,which is the best separation effect.Fitting data to determine the empirical formula of Jw with θ,ρw,p,the paper introduced the calculation of the total formula Jw.The results provide the basic data for the further design of the kiloton pervaporation dehydration naphtha.
