接骨续筋胶囊对兔骨折愈合过程中血管内皮生长因子表达的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Jiegu Xujin Capsule on the Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Rabbits during Fracture Healing

摘要 目的:探讨接骨续筋胶囊促进骨折愈合的机制。方法:将新西兰大白兔108只,随机取18只作为假手术组,其余90只复制骨折模型后再分为5组:分别为模型组,伤科接骨片组,接骨续筋胶囊低、中、高剂量组,每组18只。观察不同时期接骨续筋胶囊对骨痂组织血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的影响。结果:术后1周和2周,接骨续筋胶囊各剂量组和伤科接骨片组VEGF表达水平显著高于模型组(P<0.01),术后2周接骨续筋胶囊高、中剂量组VEGF表达水平显著低于伤科接骨片组(P<0.05);术后4周接骨续筋胶囊低剂量组VEGF表达水平显著高于模型组和假手术组(P<0.05);除假手术组外,各组以术后2周VEGF表达水平最高,术后4周表达水平最低。结论:接骨续筋胶囊能够提高骨折后骨痂内VEGF表达,加速断端微血管新生重建,改善骨折肢体的血液循环,从而促进骨折愈合。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of Jiegu Xujin Capsule for the treatment of bone fracture. Methods: One hundred and eight New Zealand rabbits were employed in this experiment. Eighteen rabbits were randomly allocated to pseudo-fracture group at the first. The rest were induced to bone fracture model in the right radius and then randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, Shangke Jiegu Tablet group and low, middle and high dose of Jiegu Xujin Capsules groups, 18 rabbits in each group. The effect of Jiegu Xujin Capsules on the expression of VEGF at different intervals was observed in the eourse of bone healing. Results: The expression of VEGF in groups of all doses of Jiegu Xujin Capsules and Shangke Jiegu Tablet group was significantly i'ncreased compared with those in the model group one week and two weeks after operation, respectively (P〈0. 01); Two weeks after operation, the expression of VEGF in high and middle doses of Jiegu Xujin Capsules groups was significantly deereased compared with that in the Shangke Jiegu Tablet group(P〈0.05) ;Four weeks after operation, the expression of VEGF in low dose of Jiegu Xujin Capsules group was significantly higher than that in the model and sham operation group(P〈0.05). Except for sham operation group, the expression of VEGF in other groups was the highest 2 weeks after operation, and it was the lowest 4 weeks after operation. Conclusion: Jiegu Xujin capsules can enhance the expression of VEGF in the callus tissue, accelerate the vascularization at the broken ends of fractured bone, improve the blood circulation of the fractured extremity, thus it promote the healing of fractured bone.
