Ⅱ型糖尿病与ABO血型关系的探讨

A study on the relation between NIDDM and ABO blood type

为了解Ⅱ型糖尿病与ＡＢＯ血型的关系。方法对医院内科１９９３年以来住院的５１２例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的ＡＢＯ血型分布与正常人群作一对比研究。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者男性Ａ血型人群较易患Ⅱ型糖尿病，相对急危险率较其他血型者高１．７８倍（χ２＝５．６１４６，Ｐ＜０．０５）；女性Ｏ血型人群较易患Ⅱ型糖尿病，相对危险率较其他血型者高１．４９倍（χ２＝５．９２１６，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病与ＡＢＯ血型之间存在着某种内在联系。从而表现出两者即与遗传有关的共性，又表现出不同血型Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的发病率和并发症有差异的个性。

Objectives In order to learn the relation between NIDDM and ABO blood type.Methods The reporter made a comparison study on the distribution of the blood type of 512 NIDDM potients and normal people All the 512 NIDDM pationts have been the patients in hospital since 1993.Results It shows that male people with A blood type are easy to get NIDDM with the relative risk rate of 1.78 times above people with other blood type (χ2=5.6146,P<0.05)while female people with o blood type with the relative risk rate of 1.49 times (χ2=5.9216,P<0.05).Conclusion There exists a certain inner conneltion between NIDDM and ABO blood type.It shows both the general character connected with heredity and the specific character of different incidence of a disease and complication with different blood type of NIDDM patients
