摘要
在新的历史条件下发展马克思的企业理论,有必要先弄清其局限性和不足。以分工为基础的协作的收益与成本、企业中的权利博弈与博弈力量的形成机制、两权分离与经理阶层的独立化、企业的工艺创新与产品创新、企业运行与生态约束、企业的同质性假设与异质性假设等,是拓展马克思企业理论的六大关键点。
In order to develop Marx' s theory of the firm in the new epoch, it is necessary to know its limitation. In this paper the author points out that the benefit and cost of cooperation based on division, the right struggle and the mechanism of the origin of struggle power in firm, the separation of two rights and the independence of manager stratum, the technological invention and product invention of firm, the ecological limitation of the operation of firm, the homogeneity and heterogeneity assumption of firm are the six key points for developing Marx' s theory of the firm in the new period.
