基于螺旋型共面波导DGS的带阻滤波器

摘要 提出了一种基于共面波导的螺旋型缺陷地结构,利用三维电磁场仿真软件分析了该缺陷地结构单元的结构参数变化对带阻特性的影响,并分析了该缺陷地结构单元的等效电路模型并提取了相关电路参数。根据所提取的电路参数设计了一个带阻滤波器。该带阻滤波器由三个螺旋型缺陷地结构单元级联构成,仿真结果表明其具有良好的带阻特性。 A novel spiral coplanar waveguide(CPW)defected ground structure(DGS)is proposed in this paper.Its frequency characteristics are simulated by means of a 3-D electromagnetic analysis software.At the same time,both its equivalent circuit and equivalent parameters extraction are demonstrated.The influences of spiral shape on frequency performance are discussed in detail.A band-stop filter with low ripples in pass-band and high attenuation at stop-band is designed as well.The proposed band-stop filter consists of three cascading DGS cells and the simulated results show that it has good band-stop characteristics.
