摘要
通过配制不同碳含量的WC+TiC+Ni+Fe硬质合金,采用光学金相、X射线衍射等分析方法,对比研究了铁镍代钴硬质合金中出现正常组织的碳含量范围以及碳含量变化对硬质合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:合金中碳的质量分数在5.83%~5.99%范围内出现正常组织;在碳含量研究范围内,合金密度和硬度随碳含量的增加而降低,合金抗弯强度随碳含量的增加,呈现先升高再降低的趋势,在碳含量为5.91%时出现最大值。
Effects of carbon content on microstructure and properties of WC+TiC+Ni+Fe cemented carbide with different carbon content and the range of carbon content when normal structure appeared were analyzed by optical microscopy ,x-ray dff^ractometry and so on. The results show that, normal structure appeard in alloys when carbon content is between 5.83% and 5.99%;in the field of research,the density and hardness of alloys both decrease with increasing carbon content, the bending strength of alloys firstly increase then decrease with increasing carbon content and appear maximum in 5.91% carbon.
