摘要 用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定黔南马桑、蜈蚣草、桑寄生、红蓼中汞和砷的含量。考虑了试样的预处理和消解方法以及仪器的工作条件,对实验结果作了详细的分析和讨论。实验检出限:汞:0.211μg/L,砷:0.391μg/L,回收率在83%-100%。 This paper is researching into the determination of the content of Arsenic and Mercury in Maxim, Ladder brake, Herba taxilli and Polygonum orientale Linn in Qiannan by the method of hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometer. And considering the methods of the pretreatmcnt and resolution of the test samples and the working conditions of the instruments, the author analyzes and discusses the results of the experiment in detail. The detection limits are as follows: Mercury: 0.211 μg/L; Arsenic: 0. 391 μg/L; the recovery rate: 83% -100%.
