除草剂阿特拉津对不同动物模型生殖毒性的研究进展

Research progress on reproductive toxicity of atrazine in different animal models

摘要 阿特拉津是一种广泛应用的除草剂,许多国家和地区的地表水和地下水中都检出了阿特拉津的残留物。阿特拉津对动物生殖功能的影响,已经引起广泛关注。本文以阿特拉津对鱼类、两栖类、鸟类、哺乳类等四类动物模型的生殖毒性进行了综述,为预防和减轻阿特拉津对人类的不良影响提供理论依据。 Atrazine is a herbicide widely used in the world. It has been reported that the residues of atrazine could be detected in both surface water and groundwater in many countries. The harmful effect of atrazine on reproductive system of animals has attracted an increasing attention. In this paper, the reproductive toxicities of atrazine in the fish, amphibians, birds, mammals were well reviewed.
