摘要
全热交换器是空调系统中一种重要的节能设备,在城市轨道列车空调系统中应用将会起到很好的节能效果。目前对全热交换器的寿命、经济性存在质疑,导致在轨道列车上还没有应用。鉴于全热交换器使用寿命与制冷机组的使用寿命相差较大,采用年计算费用法对其进行技术经济分析,给出了全热交换器的使用寿命和系统经济性之间的关系式,讨论了回收期计算问题和使用寿命对经济性影响问题。以上海轨道交通线上运行的A型地铁车为对象,实例分析城市轨道列车上使用全热交换器不但有很好的节能效果,而且有很好的经济效益。
The total heat exchanger is an important energy- saving equipment in air conditioning system. If used in the air conditioning system of urban rail vehicles, a good energy-saving effect will be obtained. One of the reasons preventing the total heat exchanger use in the air conditioning system of urban rail vehicles is because of its economic characters, and the total heat exchanger＇s service life is shorter than the refrigeration unit＇s, But in this paper, the annual average cost is used to make a technical and economic analysis for the system of total heat exchanger, the relationship between the service life of the total heat exchanger and the profit of this system is discussed. At last, an example is taken to prove that the total heat exchanger could be used in the air conditioning system of urban rail vehicles, because it could save more energy and money .
