Carpentier环改良缝法作三尖瓣环成形术18例体会

Carpentier ring tricuspid annuloplasty; a study of 18 cases

目的：探讨二尖瓣单瓣及二尖瓣、主动脉瓣双瓣病变纠治后对同时合并的功能性三尖瓣关闭不全的外科治疗。方法：用Ｃａｒｐｅｎｔｉｅｒ环改良缝法行三尖瓣环成形术。结果：围手术期因多脏器功能衰竭死亡１例，余１７例心功能均改善，症状消失。随访５～２６个月（平均１８个月），效果满意。结论：功能性三尖瓣关闭不全应尽可能采用三尖瓣环成形术，Ｃａｒｐｅｎｔｉｅｒ环改良缝法具有操作简便、省时、不易产生传导阻滞等优点。

Objective: To appraise the sbzicacy of surgical operation in functional tricuspid regurgitation after correction of mitral and both mitral and aortic valvuler lesions Methods:Carpentier ring tricuspid annuloplasty was perfornicd by modified suture technique in 18 cases Results:One case died with multiple organal failure during early postoperative days and the results were excellent in 17 other after a followup study of 5 to 26 months (average 18 months). Conclusions:the author advocates surgical intervention in functional tricuspid regurgitation by tricuspid annuloplasty. Modified Carpentier ring tricuspid annuloplasty can both reduce the diameter of the annulus and sterngthen the annulus.
