有白血病前期的急性白血病的预后因素研究

A Prognostic Study of Preleukemia in patients with Acute Leukemia

目的：了解有白血病前期的急性白血病预后因素。材料与方法：对１３０例有白血病前期的急性白血病的病人和１３０例无白血病前期的急性白血病病人进行临床特症、临床疗效、生存期的对照研究，并用多元逐步回归法对预后因素进行分析。结果：发现有白血病前期的急性白血病的ＣＲ率只有３１．５％，无白血病前期的急性白血病的ＣＲ率为５１．６％，有白血病前期的急性白血病中位生存时间１９４天，明显短于无白血病前期病史的５２７天。结论：本文发现发病时年龄。

Objective:The acute leukemia transformed from preleukemia was different from denovo acute leukemia in their clinical characteristics, treanment and survival periods. The treatment was disappointig. The CR rate was only 31.5%. and in denovo acute leukemia,it was 51.6%. The median survival period was only 194 days, while in denovo acute leukemia, it was 527 days. Age, peripheral blood white blood cell count were the most important prognostic factors.
