摘要
提出了工业电解槽上"极限"极距的概念,通过分析得出了工业电解槽的最佳极距为4.2-4.5 cm,而目前我国工业电解槽的极距绝大部分在4.8 cm左右,与最佳极距相比,至少可以降低槽电压100 mV,每吨铝降低电耗300 kW h以上。通过适当降低极距,可为国家节约大量能源。
A concept of "limited" distance between the electrodes on industrial aluminum cell was presented in this paper by analyzing. It is thought that the best polar distance is 4.2 -4.5 cm for industrial aluminum cell. And practical polar distance is approximately 4.8 cm for most Chinese industrial aluminum cell by calculating. The polar distance can be reduced about 3 mm at least in comparison with best polar distance. Therefore, cell voltage can be dropped about 100 mV. The energy consumption can be decreased about 300 kWh/T - Al.
