通过对隔膜泵电气控制部分简单调整,在基本不增加成本的基础上,实现对隔膜泵设备更加精确的电气控制,使设备更加稳定可靠运行。修改部分PLC程序,改善组态画面,使工控机能更完整地显示隔膜泵补排状态,使得用户能对隔膜泵运行状态有更加直观的了解,为维护和检修提供便利。

By means of simply adjusting electric control of diaphragm pump , an improvement attempt was introuduced on the base of almost no additional cost to realize the more accuratly control to electrical equipment of diaphragm pump, and it can make the pump nm reliably. Some procedures of PLC were modified, the view of HMI was improved, the industrial computers show that the supply state run more completly , and it allow users through some simple visual approach to judge the diaphragm pump status, it can provide convenience for maintenance and repair of equipment,.
