摘要
缅甸达贡山镍矿项目所在地天然地基土的孔隙比较大,且含水量较高,从而导致土层失水干缩、地基产生不均匀沉降,会造成拟建建(构)筑物变形、甚至破坏,故不能作为基础持力层,必须进行地基处理。结合该项目基本建设工程冶炼主厂房基础施工实例,在项目实际施工条件背景下,通过介绍复合载体夯扩桩的技术原理、项目选取桩型的比选方案、施工工艺、施工应用以及桩基础检测工作,详尽阐述复合载体夯扩桩的工程效用和经济效益。
At the site of Myanmar Tagaung Taung nickel resource project, The natural foundation soil's void ratio is relative large, and its water content is relatively high, resulting in shrinkage and water loss of soil, asymmetric sedimentation of foundation, and uheriorly resulting in deformation or even undermine of the proposed building ( structure) building. Therefore, the natural foundation soil cannot serve as the basis of bearing stratum, needing for the ground treatment. With constructing Main smelting plant of Myanmar Tagaung Taung nickel resource project basic construction as an example, this thesis elaborates upon engineering effectiveness and economic benefits of Extended Tamped Compound Piles through the pile 's technical principles, the project selected pile type of comparison and selection of programs, construction technology, construction application and testing of pile foundation work, in the actual condition of construction background.
