摘要
在120℃下,采用低温水热法通过改变配体的种类(氨三乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸即EDTA),制备得到了不同形貌的EuVO_4纳米微粒。产物的晶相、形貌和尺寸分别用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)进行了表征。结果表明配体的种类对所得的EuVO_4纳米微粒的形貌和尺寸有重要影响。进一步检测了EuVO_4纳米微粒的荧光性质。
At 120℃ , different morphological EuVO4 nanoparticles have been synthesized via low temperature hydrothermal route by varying the ligands (nitrilotriacetic acid or disodium ethylene diamine tetra acetate). The structure and morphology of as-prepared particles were characterized by X-ray power diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). The results show that shape and size of the as-prepared EuVO4 nanoparticles are greatly affected by the type of the ligands. Furthermore, the photoluminescent properties of EuVO4 nanoparticles ha ve been investigated.
