摘要
智能电网(Smart Grid)是当今世界电力系统发展变革的最新动向,被认为是21世纪电力系统的重大科技创新和发展趋势。介绍了智能电网的发展背景、定义和特征,涉及的关键技术、应用和发展以及国内外研究现状。此外,提出了建设广西智能电网的建议。
Smart Grid is the newest direction of electric power evolution, and is regarded as the significant technology innovation and development trend of electric power system in 21st century. Smart Grid＇s background, definition and characteristics are introduced in this paper, along with its key technologies, applications, development and research status at home and abroad. Suggestions on the construction of Smart Grid in Guangxi are also proposed.
