从和谐法治理论探究,树立和谐法治观是维护高校稳定的价值目标和工作需求。根据和谐法治理论,分析了影响当前高校稳定的主要因素,对如何建立健全维护高校稳定的法律防控、法制教育、监测预警、问题处理及事件应急机制进行了思考。

From the harmony theory of the law to discuss the problem, to foster a harmonious rule of law is to protect the stability of the value of college goals and job requirements. This paper, according to the harmonious rule of law, analysis of the impact of the current stability in colleges and universities of the main factors. Reflections are made in this paper as to how to safeguard the stability in colleges and universities to set up a sound legal prevention and control, legal education, monitoring and early warning, treatment and case of questions.
