B&W锅炉高温再热器部件改造实践

摘要 介绍了B&WB-1025/18.44-M锅炉高温再热器炉前侧管子的选材、高温再热器管屏的固定结构和高温再热器出口管的支撑情况,分析了该炉型高温再热器部件多次泄漏案例的原因,提出改进方法,对高温再热器部件实施技术改造后,消除了锅炉泄漏隐患。 In this paper, three aspects were introduced about B& W B- 1025/18.44- M boiler. One was the selection of the front tube's suitable material of the high temperature rehcater. The other was the fixing structure of the high temperature reheater tubes. The third was the supporting of the outlet tubes of the high temperature reheater. Also, the reason of leakeges of the high temperature reheater has been analyzed, and the improvement method was suggested. After the technique rebuilding on the high temperature reheater, the leakage risk was eliminatal.
