台州电力设施布局规划的研究

Study on the Layout Planning for Electric Facilities in Taizhou

开展城乡电力设施布局规划有利于电网规划和城镇规划的衔接,使电网建设能有序发展,避免建设反复和投资浪费,同时有助于变电所用地和电力通道得到规划的控制和保护。总结分析台州电力设施布局规划中远景负荷预测、网架规划、变电站站址和线路走廊选择的方法和成果,提出了供电半径法和最大负荷法的变电所布局布点方法,对今后电力设施布局规划滚动修正有借鉴作用。

The carrying out of the layout planning for electric facilities can make for the convergence of the grid planning and town planning. It not only makes the development of grid construction orderly, but also avoids repeated construction and investment, and it also can protect the site of the power line corridor and substations in the planning. This paper summarized and analyzed the methods and results of the long-term load forecasting, grid planning, substation site and corridor selection in the Taizhou electric facilities layout planning; especially this paper proposed the methods of the power-supply-radius and maximum-load, and analyzed the difficulties in planning; which was a reference to the scrolling amendments of electric facilities layout planning in the future.
