不稳定型银屑病1例

Unstable psoriasis: report of a case

报道１例不稳定型银屑病，其特点为多型皮损先后或同时出现。当病人对某些药物或食物过敏时，表现为红皮病型；肾上腺皮质激素减量过快时，诱发脓疱出现。从本例看，不适当的治疗是导致不稳定型银屑病形成的主要原因之一。一旦形成，病情凶险多变，多伴有持续高热、严重低蛋白血症等全身症状。

This article reports a case of unstable psoriasis characterized by polymorphic skin lesions presented simultaneously or successively. When the patient was allergic to some drugs or foods, the skin lesion presented as erythrodermia. In case of sudden with drawal of prednisone, pustular lesions appeared. One of the main causes of this type of psoriasis is due to unproper management.Once it happens the patient will have many systemic manifestations, including persistent high fever,severe hypoproteinemia etc, which make the diagnosis and treatment more difficult.
