摘要
为研究风载荷对浮式起重机的影响,运用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynam ics,CFD),计算上海振华重工(集团)股份有限公司7 500 t浮式起重机在暴风、航行、工作状况下的风载荷.与按《起重机设计规范》(GB/T 3811—2008)计算的风载荷进行比较,《起重机设计规范》的计算风载荷偏保守,安全因数过大.计算结果可为浮式起重机设计提供参考.
made by S In order to study wind load effect on floating cranes, wind load of a floating crane, which is hanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co. , Ltd. with a hoisting ability of 7 500 tons, is calculated under the conditions of storm, sailing and working, using the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Comparing with the result that is calculated according to Design Standards for Cranes (GB/T 3811--2008 ), the result that is calculated according to Design Standards for Cranes is conservative, and the safety factor is too large. The result provides a reference for the floating crane design.
