超声引导经阴道穿刺治疗输卵管积水

Treatment of hydrosalpinx under guidance of transvaginal ultrasound

目的探讨超声引导经阴道穿刺治疗输卵管积水的临床效果。方法对61例输卵管积水患者行超声引导经阴道穿刺抽液及无水乙醇凝固治疗，随访3～12个月。结果61例患者中58例成功完成了液体抽吸及无水乙醇凝固治疗。术后3个月随访53例，其中治愈47例（88．7％），好转2例（3．8％），无效4例（7．5％），总有效率为92．5％。术后12个月随访41例，其中治愈36例（87．8％），好转2例（4．9％），无效3例（7．3％），总有效率为92．7％。所有囊内液细胞学检测均未发现癌细胞。结论超声引导经阴道穿刺治疗输卵管积水技术操作简单、疗效可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound guided interventional therapy for hydrosalpinx. Methods Transvaginal ultrasound guided aspiration and absolute alcohol sclerosis therapy were performed in 61 patients with hydrosalpinx. The patients were followed up for 3-12 months after therapy. Results Hydrosalpinx was successfully treated in 58 of the 61 patients with absolute alcohol sclerosis therapy under ultrasound-guided interventional therapy. The curative rate of hydrosalpinx was 88.7% (47/53), the obviously effective rate was 3.8%(2/53), and the ineffective rate was 7.5%(4/53), respectively, during the 3-month follow-up, with a total effective rate of 92.5%. The curative rate of hydrosalpinx was 87.8%(36/41), the obviously effective rate was 4.9%(2/41), and the ineffective rate was 7.3%(3/41), respectively, during the 12-month follow-up, with a total effective rate of 92.7%. All cytological examinations were negative. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound guided interventional therapy is a simple, effective and safe treatment modality for hydrosalpinx.
