摘要 目的通过分析胆结石与胆道铸型间的差异蛋白质,探讨胆道铸型形成机制。方法从胆结石与胆道铸型样品中提取全蛋白溶液,进行溶液酶切,应用高解析离子淌度质谱鉴定蛋白质。结果从全部样本的全蛋白溶液中共鉴定到蛋白271个,其中11个为铸型独有的蛋白质。结论胆道铸型独有的11个差异蛋白质的鉴定为胆道铸型形成机制的研究提供了有意义的线索。 Objective To study the mechanism of biliary cast formation by analyzing different proteins in gall-stone and biliary cast patients. Methods Total protein solution was extracted from gall-stone and biliary cast samples and digested with enzyme. The proteins were identified using HD-MS. Results Of the 271 proteins identified from the total protein solution of all samples, 11 were found to be unique proteins of biliary cast. Conclusion The 11 identified unique proteins of biliary cast can provide a significant clue for studying the mechanism of biliary cast formation.
