170例气压伤飞行人员的低压舱检查资料分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的总结飞行人员低压舱耳气压机能和鼻窦气压机能的检查经验。方法收集耳气压伤和鼻窦气压伤住院的飞行人员低压舱检查资料170份,对其进行分类统计。结果治疗前耳气压机能检查118例,合格22.9%(27/118),机能不良77.1%(91/118);鼻窦气压机能检查20例,合格30%(6/20),机能不良70%(14/20)。治疗后耳气压机能检查103例113例次,合格48.7%(55/113),机能不良51.3%(58/113);鼻窦气压机能检查34例,合格91.2%(31/34),机能不良8.8%(3/34),两组合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后原发性耳气压伤检查58例次,合格29.3%(17/58),机能不良70.7%(41/58),继发性耳气压伤检查55例次,合格69.1%(38/55),机能不良30.9%(17/55),两组合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低压舱耳气压和鼻窦气压机能检查为气压伤的诊治和鉴定提供了重要的参考依据。 Objective To sum up experiences with hypobaric chamber test (HCT) for the function ear and nasal atmosphere pressure in pilots. Methods Data about the ear and nasal sinus barotraumas in 107 hospitalized pilots were collected and statistically analyzed. Results Among the 118 pilots who underwent HCT before treatment, the function of ear atmosphere pressure was normal in 27 (22.9%) and abnormal in 91(77.1%), while among the 20 pilots who underwent HCT before treatment, the function of nasal sinus atmosphere pressure was normal in 6(30%) and abnormal in 14(70%). Among the 103 pilots who underwent HCT (113 time) after treatment, the function of ear atmosphere pressure was normal in 55(48.7%) and abnormal in 58(51.3%), while among 34 pilots who underwent HCT after treatment, the function of nasal sinus atmosphere pressure was normal in 31(91.2%) and abnormal in 3(8.8%) (P〈0.01). Among the 58 pilots who under HCT for primary ear barotraumas after treatment, the function of ear atmosphere pressure was normal in 17(29.3%) and abnormal in 41(70.7%), while among the 55 pilots who underwent HCT for secondary ear barotraumas after treatment, the function of ear atmosphere pressure was normal in 17(29.3%) and abnormal in 38(69.1%) and abnormal in 17(30.9%)(P〈0.01). Conclusion HCT for the function of ear and nasal sinus atmosphere pressure provides important evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of ear and nasal sinus barotraumas.
