摘要 目的分析血培养阳性病原菌种类及仪器报警时间。方法回顾性收集BacT/Alert 3D全自动血培养仪对3035份血液培养的结果,分析血标本在需氧瓶和厌氧瓶中生长细菌的种类及仪器报警时间。结果3035例血培养标本中596份阳性,分离到608株细菌,55株念珠菌,其中革兰阳性细菌占59.1%,革兰阴性细菌占32.6%,念珠菌占8.3%。单纯需氧瓶培养的阳性率为16.2%,单纯厌氧瓶培养的阳性率为4.3%,同时进行需氧瓶及厌氧瓶培养的总阳性率为23.3%。对引起血液感染细菌,仪器在24h、48h和72h内阳性报警率分别为54.6%、84.5%和95.2%。结论同时进行需氧瓶及厌氧瓶培养能提高血培养阳性率。常见引起血液感染的细菌和念珠菌能在5d内得到仪器的阳性报警。 Objective To analyze the types of blood cultured positive pathogens and equipment alarm time of their growth. Methods A BacT/Alert 3D automatic blood culture system was used to retrospectively collect the results of 3 035 cultured blood samples. The types of pathogens growing in aerobic and anaerobic bottles and equipment alarm time of their growth were analyzed. Results Five hundred and ninety-six Gram-positive bacteria, 608 bacterial and 55 candidal strains were isolated from the 3 035 cultured blood samples with Gram-positive and negative bacteria and Candida accounted fro 59.1%, 32.6%, and 8.3%, respectively. The positive culture rate for the pathogens in aerobic and anaerobic bottles and both was 16.2%, 4.3%, and 23.3%, respectively. The positive alarm rate of BacT/Alert 3D automatic blood culture system for blood infection caused by pathogens was 54.6%, 84.5%, and 95.2 %, respectively in 24, 48 and 72h. Conclusion Culture of bacteria in both aerobic and anaerobic bottles can increase the positive blood culture rate of bacteria. Alarm of blood infection caused by common pathogens can be obtained from the alarming system in 5 days.
