冠状动脉旁路术52例临床研究

Clinical Study on 52 Cases of Coronary Arterial Bypass Operation

近１０年来我所进行了冠状动脉旁路（搭桥）术５２例，计单支冠状动脉搭桥术６例，双支手术３３例，多支手术９例，未作冠状动脉造影行应急手术４例。手术死亡率为３．８％（２／５２）。随访结果：１例高血压并发脑卒中死亡，１例脑梗塞，其余病例症状显著减轻或消失，心脏功能和生活质量均有明显改善。

From 1987 to 1997 fifty two coronary arterial bypass operations were performed in our hospital. Among the 52 cases 46 were males and 6 females.The oldest was 75,the youngest only 5 years old.48 cases had serious angina pectoris and 34 had previous myocardial infarction.Coronary Cineangiography demonstrated single artery lesion in 6 cases(RA3 LAD3),double artery stenosis in 33 cases(LAD+CX20 RA+LAD13)and triple artery stenosis in 9 cases.Due to emergency operation coronary arteries geaphy were not performed in 4 cases (LA myxoma 1 RHD DVR 1 CHD F42).Two patients(3 8%)died on table due to irreversible ventricular arrhythmia.The other 50 cases recovered completely and have been followed up from three months to ten years.The data indicated that survivors have greatly improved in heart function without angina pectoris.
