2005-2008年达州市城区医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

Surveillance of Disinfection in Medical Institutions in Downtown of Dazhou City

目的对2005-2008年达州市城区医疗机构消毒效果的监测数据进行统计,发现问题并分析原因。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行监测抽样及检测,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》和《消毒与灭菌效果的评价与标准》进行评价。结果2005-2008年达州市城区医疗机构消毒效果监测样品总合格率依次为91.45%、92.69%、97.33%和98.91%,其中医院消毒效果监测样品总合格率依次为94.40%、94.92%、98.72%和99.68%,诊所依次为87.99%、90.03%、96.01%和98.35%。结论达州市城区医疗机构消毒效果监测结果合格率逐年提高,医院消毒效果监测合格率高于诊所。

Objective To find out the problems in disinfection in medical institutions in downtown of Dazhou and analyze the reasons by evaluate the data of disinfection surveillance from 2005 to 2008. Method The sampling was conducted according to ＂Disinfect technical specification＂ by the Ministry of Health and the evaluation was conducted according to ＂Hospital disinfection standard ＂and＂ Evaluation and standard of disinfection and sterilization＂. Results The overall qualified rate of disinfection in the medical institutions in downtown of Dazhou was 91.45%, 92.69%, 97.33% and 98.91% respectively from 2005 to 2008. The overall qualified rate of disinfection in hospitals was 94.40%, 94.92% , 98.72% and 99.68% respectively, and that in clinies was 87.99%, 90. 03%, 96.01% and 98.35% respectively. Conclusion The increased year by year in medical institutions in downtown of Dazhou, which was clinics.
