摘要
螺纹钢筋分为热轧带肋钢筋和冷轧带肋钢筋。通过实验,从屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率、冷弯条件等方面说明了冷轧螺纹钢筋的力学性能标准,并与冷拔螺纹钢筋的力学性能进行比较,得出冷轧螺纹钢筋具有强度较高、塑性良好、锚固性能强及综合力学性能好等优点,为生产用户进一步推广应用冷轧螺纹钢筋提供依据。
Twisted steel included hot rolled ribbed steel bar and cold rolled ribbed bar. Through the experiment, standards of mechanical properties of cold rolled thread steel was explained from yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, cold-formed conditions, and others. Meanwhile compared with the mechanical properties of the cold drawing reinforced bar, it is obtained that the cold rolled thread steel bar had high intensity, good plastic, strong anchorage performance, good overall mechanical properties and so on. It provided a basis for the user to further promote the use of coldrolled steel.
