和谐教育的实质内涵与学校变革

On the Nature of Harmonious Education and School Transformation

"和谐教育"思想在人类历史上源远流长,在当前时期更突显其时代意义。作为一种教育理念的"和谐教育"的实质内涵,首先指向的是作为教育目标的人的和谐发展,其次指向教育过程中尤其是课堂教学过程中学生主体性的发挥与调动,还指向学校管理层面的整体改进。学校应基于和谐教育理念进行整体课程开发,注重身心和谐与美的陶冶,"以美启智"、"以美储善",提升教师的"文化自觉";在课堂教学过程中,让课堂富有美感,焕发出生命的活力,建构"和而不同"的课堂;在学校管理方面应追求"和谐管理",打造真正的"共同体",建立新型学校制度。

The idea of ＂harmonious education＂ has a long history, and it is especially important today. The essential meaning of harmonious education means, firstly, a harmonious development of the student; secondly, a harmonious process of classroom teaching; and thirdly, an improvement of the school management. Based on the idea of harmonious education, the educator should make the whole curriculum development, pay more attention to the diversity of the student, and establish a new school system.
