由于历史和现实的原因,我国政治发展的区域特征或差异突出,主要表现为区域政治制度两制化、管理制度多层次、地区发展不平衡。这种现象的形成是由于经济、文化、地理等因素相互作用、相互影响的结果。因此,在政治发展过程中必须注意协调与整合。首先,进行理论创新,积极探索区域政治发展的新规律;其次,在一定条件下,允许一定区域政治发展先行、逐步推进;再次要注意政治发展的区域间协调和整合,促进共同发展。

For historical and realistic reasons, Chinese political development embodies the prominent regional characteristics and diversities such as two - system regional political system, multi - level management system, and the unbalanced regional development. This phenomenon resulted from the interaction of economy, culture, and geography. Therefore, coordination and integration must be noticed during the process of the political development. First, theoretical innovation should be made and the new rules of regional political development should be explored actively ; second, developing regional politics in advance and improving progressively should be permitted on the certain conditions ; third, the coordination and integration of political development among the various regions should be noticed to promote the mutual development.
