摘要
研究吴茱萸提取物清除亚硝酸盐(NO2-)的作用.通过NO2-的重氮化偶联反应产生偶氮染料,用分光光度法测定吴茱萸正丁醇提取物1、正丁醇提取物2、乙醚提取物对NO2-的清除作用.三种提取物及Vc清除亚硝酸根的IC50分别为405.0μg.mL-1、237.0μg.mL-1、9.8μg.mL-1、8.6μg.mL-1.正丁醇提取物1、2中总皂苷和总黄酮的含量分别为28.71%、31.27%和43.25%、44.31%.三种吴茱萸提取物均有一定的清除亚硝酸根的作用并呈量效关系;乙醚提取物清除NO2-的作用非常显著,与Vc作用相当,具有潜在的开发价值.
The extract from Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth was used for removing nitrite.NO2-was to be azo dyes through diazotization-coupling reaction,spectrophotometry was used to determine the removing effect on nitrites of the first and second extract with n-butanol and the extract with ether from Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth.The IC50 of removing nitrites of these three extracts and Vc were 405.0,237.0,9.8,8.6μg·ml-1,respectively.The content of the saponin and Flavone in the first and second extract with n-butanol were 28.71%,31.27% and 43.25%,44.31%.These three extracts from Evodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth can be used to remove nitrites.Especially the extract with ether,its effect on nitrites is same with Vc,and has potential development value.
