摘要
食品安全不仅需要从生产者抓起,消费者自身也应拥有正确的食品安全知识、态度和行为。文章通过实地观察、访谈和问卷方式,调查了云南宁蒗县摩梭人的食品安全知识、态度和行为,结合卫生部和中国疾病预防控制中心公布的有关食物中毒事件的资料,探讨了对消费者进行食品安全教育的必要性和教育的主要内容。
After "the Sanlu scandal", food safety issues have attracted the unprecedented attention. "Food Safety Law of The People's Republic of China" was put into practice on June 1, 2009. This law has set up detailed regulations on food production, food safety standard, food safety risk surveillance and evaluation, food inspection, supervision management and compensation. It provides legal protection to safe production of food, and guarantees people's health and life. Food safety should not just be the food producers' responsibilities. Consumers themselves should also need to obtain the correct food safety knowledge and keep the right attitudes. By using the observation, interview and survey approaches, the author explored Mosuo people! s food safety knowledge, attitudes and behavior in Ninglang county of Yunnan province, meanwhile, discusses the necessities and the main content of food safety education in China, combined with the food-borne disease outbreaks? data reported by China's Center for Disease Control and Protection.
