摘要 随着医药行业迅猛发展,对能将所学知识迅速转化到研究、应用的新型人才的需求力度逐步加大.在应对这一问题上,高校应寻求新的教学模式,培养新时期综合性人才.以教学实验区为载体的产学研循环互动的药学教学模式是以创新和改革的教育思想为指导,以培养应用型药学研究和创新药物研制的后备人才和师资队伍为目标,进行人才培养方案的实施,实行理论教学与实践教学相结合、教学与科研相结合、科研与产业相结合,强化学生学习能力、科研能力、实践创新能力的培养,全面提高学生的综合素质. With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, the demand of students who can apply the knowledge studied to researching and application rapidly is increasing gradually. In response to this issue, the university should seek new teaching method for comprehensive personnel training in the new period. The pharmaceutical teaching model based on teaching experimental zone of the production, learning and researching cycle is guided by the educational mind of innovative and reformed, aimed at training Back-up personnel of applied pharmaceutical research and innovative medicines for implementation of personnel training programs, The combination of theory teaching and practical teaching, teaching and scientific research, scientific research and industry strengthen students' capacity of learning, scientific researching and the practice of innovation and then improve the overall quality of students.
