浅议如何完善医院收费管理制度

On How to Improve the Management System of Hospital Charges

目前,医院的业务收入是其生存发展的主要经费来源,而医院收费是关系其业务收入工作的重要环节。因此,加强医院的收费管理,巩固医院的经营成果,是市场经济条件下增强公立医院竞争力的一项重要工作。作为一名医院的财务人员,笔者本着实事求是的态度,分别从价格公示,票据管理,人员培训,医院信息系统四个主要方面论述了完善医院收费管理制度的可行性建议。

Hospital charges play a decisive role in its operating income, which is the main source of funding at present for hospitals to survive and develop. Therefore, it is important to promote the competitive power of public hospitals under the market economy conditions. We should strengthen the management of hospital charges, and consolidate hospital＇ s operating results. In the attitude of seeking truth from facts, the author of this article discusses the feasibility of the proposed system mainly from four aspects to improve the management of hospital charges：the price publicity, notes, training, HIS system.
