博弈视角分析垄断行业的政府管制——以民航业航线进入为例

A Game Analysis of Governmental Control on Monopolistic Industry:Exemplified by Entering Air-Route of Chinese Civil Aviation Enterprises

垄断行业的政府管制有着合理性,也存在着不足之处,同时学术界对政府管制与放松管制问题有着较为激烈的争论。以管制理论和寻租理论为基础,并以民航业航线进入为例,通过博弈分析政府对垄断行业的管制。研究结果表明:通过引入竞争机制,可以促使航空运输资源合理配置,并促使航空公司提高素质、效率和市场竞争能力。从中可见政府放松管制,与竞争机制的引入对行业健康发展、资源合理利用的重要性。

There is fierce debate on governmental control and deregulation over monopolistic industry in academic research.This study analyzes the deregulation of air routs entering controls based on game theory,showing that competitive mechanism can improve efficient resources allocation,corporation's overall qualities and productivity,and market competitiveness.As a result,deregulation and the introduction of competitive mechanism are beneficial to industrial development and efficient allocation of resources.
