摘要
〔目的〕对进出口送检冷冻食品及市售冷冻食品进行食品安全调查。〔方法〕按《食品卫生微生物检验菌落总数测定》(GB/T4789.2-2003)进行菌落总数的测定。挑取平板上的紫色菌落纯培养,获得的菌株在VITEK微生物鉴定仪中进行鉴定。〔结果〕从1份冰淇淋样品中分离出1株紫色色杆菌。〔结论〕由于紫色色杆菌感染病死率极高,对食品中该菌的检测值得重视。
Objective To investigate the food safety of import-export frozen food and frozen food on sale were picked.Method Accoanting to GB/T4789.2-2003,the aerobic bacterial count were detected and pick the purple colones were picked.The strains were identified according to their biochemical characteristics using VITEK system.Result Chromobacterium violaceum strain was isolated from ice cream.Conclusion Since Chromobacterium violaceum implicate in human disease with a high a high mortality rate,inspection of the strain in food shoud be pay more attention.
