摘要 近年来,肥胖及其相关疾病已严重危害人类健康,共轭亚油酸(CLA)因其具有调节脂肪代谢作用而受到广泛关注.CLA是一组具有共轭不饱和双键的亚油酸的位置和结构异构体,具有多种生理功能,特别是具有减少脂肪沉积的作用,并已开始作为添加剂应用于食品等领域.为此,就CLA对脂肪代谢的影响及其机理进行综述. Obesity and its relative diseases have jeopardized human being's health in recent years. Some scholars have made many researches and found that conjugated lionleic acid (CLA) has become a focus in food and nutrition, because of which CLA can regulate fat metabolism. CLA is a group of positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid with conjugated double bonds. It has many physiologic functions, especially the function of reducing body fat deposit. CLA has used as an additive in food and other industries. In this paper, effects of conjugated linoleic acid on fat metabolism and its mechanism were summarized.
