摘要 探讨复方天麻制剂外周镇痛机理,即对神经递质和c-fos基因表达的影响.以福氏完全佐剂制作慢性疼痛模型,高效液相色谱法测定血清中5-HTP、5-HI AA含量,免疫组织化学法检查外周组织c-fos的表达.实验结果表明,复方天麻制剂降低血清5-HTP、5-HI AA含量,抑制外周组织c-fos表达;通过降低血清吲哚类神经递质含量,抑制疼痛基因表达达到外周镇痛作用. To discuss the effect of mechanism study of peripheral analgesic produced by compound Gastrodia Tuber preparation on expression of neurotransmitters and c-fos gene, based on FCA induced pain model, contents of 5-HTP and 5-HIAA in serum were n,easured by high-performance liquid chromatography and the expression of c-fos gene in peripheral tissue by immunohistechemical method. The findings show that compound Gastrodia Tuber preparation decreases the content of 5-HTP and 5-HLAA in serum and restrains the c-fos expression in peripheral tissue. It is concluded that compound Gastrodia Tuber preparation can reduce the content of indole-type neurotransmitters in serum and restraint the e-fos expression in peripheral tissue
