On Legislative Intervention on School Bus Traffic Safety

当前,校车交通安全存在许多问题,主要包括人们对校车及其安全的认识存在不足、非法校车依然存在、校车交通违法行为屡禁不止、校车运营尚未步入正常轨道、校车管理处于摸索阶段等。我国政府急需通过立法准确界定校车,确定切实可行的校车运营模式,建立科学、高效、完善的校车安全管理制度,以解决好校车交通安全这个关系到千家万户的民生大问题。

At present,school bus traffic safety is looking at weak understanding,illegal school bus,frequent school bus traffic violations,absence of school bus operation mode and insufficient school bus management,Our government should make more efforts to make laws and regulations on defining school bus,selecting reasonable school bus operation mode and building efficient school bus safety management system in order to improve serious school bus traffic safety situation.
