以管理学的视角,从国民政府迁都重庆、行政体制转型、城市规模扩大等方面,考察抗战时期重庆市道路交通建设与管理的背景;分析其管理的组织机构、规划和有关举措;从管理主体、计划、管理理念和做法及资金筹措方面,探讨战时重庆道路交通建设和管理对现代城市市政管理的启示。

On the background of KMT government＇ moving to Chongqing and transiting the administrative system and spreading the urban scale, the background of Changing＇ s highway traffic construction and management are investigated.
