摘要
目的了解空军飞行员睡眠质量状况。方法应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对160名飞行员进行调查和测评。结果失眠症患病率为18.13%,PSQI均分为(7.18±3.63)分,PSQI筛查31.88%飞行员有睡眠质量问题,不同年龄组飞行员在睡眠指数和睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍等因子上存在显著性差异,其中30~40岁年龄组飞行员睡眠问题比较突出。结论本组受测试飞行员睡眠质量问题比较严重,应予以重视。
Objective To investigate the sleep quality of pilots. Methods The sleep quality of 160 pilots was evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Results Insomnia was found in 18. 13% of the pilots. The average score of PSQI was 7. 18 ± 3. 63. 31. 88% of the pilots had sleep problem (PSQE〉7). Significant differences among the pilots of three groups with different ages (P〈0. 01) were found in the score of the sleep index and five factors of PSQI including sleep quality, hypnagogic time, total sleep time, sleep disorder and daily dysfunction. The sleep problem of the 30-40- year-old group was the most serious. Conclusion The sleep quality of pilots is low and should be highly regarded.
