Operation Cooperation of Transurethral Plasma Kinetic Enucleation of Prostate

目的介绍经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切剜除术(TUPKEP)的手术配合要点。方法通过对189例TUPKEP的术前、术中、术后配合,总结了该术式所需器械及设备的使用方法、消毒及保养方法,以及术中注意事项。结果由于术前准备充分,术中对双极等离子电切镜设备操作熟练,对TUPKEP配合的了解,189例手术无1例出现严重并发症。结论加强术前的器械准备和消毒,充分了解剜除术的要点,术中密切配合,能有效防止并发症的发生,缩短手术时间,提高手术质量。

Objective To introduce the main points of operation cooperation of transurethral plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate （TUPKEP）. Methods Based on the pre-, intra- and post-surgery cooperation of 189 cases, the utilization, disinfection and maintaining methods of the needed apparatus, and the intraoperative announcements were summarized. Results Due to sufficient preoperative preparation, skillful manipulation, and nice comprehension on TUPKEP operation, no serious complication occurred in all the cases. Conclusion The intensive preparation and disinfection of appa rams, full comprehension for the key points of the surgery, and compact intra-operation cooperation can efficiently prevent the complication, shorten the operation time, and improve the operation quality.
