摘要 目的探讨持续高容量血液滤过对急性重症肺炎呼吸力学和血气分析的影响。方法选择在呼吸机支持下重症肺炎患者15例给予24 h高容量血液滤过治疗24 h,监测血气分析和呼吸力学。结果CVVHF前后血气变化和气道峰压改变(P<0.05)。结论持续高容量血液滤过改善重症肺炎患者肾功能心功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of continuous high volume hemofihration on respiratory mechanics and (ABG) blood gas analysis. Methods After the treatment of a 24 - hours' CVVHF, 15 cases with mechanical ventilation were monitored as regards the respiratory mechanics and (ABG) blood gas analysis again. Results After the treatment of CVVHF, there were significant changes (P 〈0. 05) of ABG and peak airway pressure. Conclusions CVVHF shows significantly positive effects on cardiac and renal function of severe pneumonia patients.
