摘要
对长沙市自然人群中278例脑血管病进行调查表明，患者生命质量明显下降，尤以劳动工作能力、日常生活能力、健康状况为主。分析影响患者生命质量的因素显示，病后不同时期有所不同。提示：在脑血管病的康复治疗过程中应根据患者不同时期的不同特点采取相应的措施。
278 cases of cerebrovascular diseases in natural population of Changsha city were investigated. The patients' living quality was obviously decreased, esPecially in labor ability, daily living capacity and health. The analysis of the factors influencing the patients' living quality demonstrated that the factors was various in different periods of the cerebrovascular diseases. It was suggested that in the process of the rehabilitation treatment of the cerebrovascular diseases, the corresponding measurements was employed in terms of the characteristics of the patients in different stages.
